Changes and Returns:

You can manage changes and returns at Bonoboss.reversso.cl. You must have your 6-digit order number. If you do not wish to send the product, you must make the request at that link and then take it to the store in person. Please note that returns or exchanges are not automatic and are subject to product availability.

Please note that when making changes you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the product to our store and the shipping cost from the store to your address.

In the case of returns or guarantees, you will also have to pay the shipping costs as appropriate.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery of the product at the address indicated (Counting will begin from the date of delivery by courier, proof of delivery ) to request a refund, exclusively if your purchase was made online. There is no refund for in-person purchases, but you can exchange the product.

Warranties:
