All free shipments are made through the best courier we have for your commune.

We ship worldwide via DHL and offer free shipping within continental Chile for purchases over $49,000.

International purchases may be affected by taxes, it is important that you inform yourself before making your purchase. This is charged by the customs of each country and Bonoboss has no part in this process. Delivery times are considered as business days, and orders will be delivered exclusively between Monday and Friday.

For purchases less than or equal to $49,000, the system will calculate the shipping cost, which must be paid at check out.

Delivery time is between 24 to 72 business hours for municipalities within Santiago. For the rest of Chile, it could take between 2 and 5 business days depending on where you are located.

Optical glasses take between 3 to 15 business days to be delivered to the delivery courier. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, the production time in the laboratory is affected. The delivery days of the courier are independent of the time it takes to make the optical lenses in the workshop.
For pre-sale products, the delivery time will be indicated in the product description.

Delivery times depend on the commune where the final recipient is located. These times may vary on dates such as Cyberday, Black Friday or Christmas. We work to arrive on time, but this may be affected by courier overloads. Shipments are handled by DHL or Correos de Chile. Bonoboss is not responsible for any delays that may occur in delivery times once the courier has the cargo.

Any delays that may occur due to the Pandemic or Cyber ​​Day on the part of the courier are the sole responsibility of said company. Bonoboss will be in charge of supporting the courier at all times with information so that the packages are delivered in a timely manner.

For free shipping, two delivery attempts are made. If they are not successful, the customer must cancel the shipment associated with their commune.

We have enabled the possibility of picking up in store, the availability of picking up in store will be 24 to 48 business hours after your purchase, if it is a weekend or holiday the purchase is estimated to be made on the business day following the purchase. To make the withdrawal it is necessary to present the identification of the owner of the purchase and the number of the order that was made. If the purchase is not collected by the customer within 10 business days, these will be returned to the Bonoboss warehouse.

Purchases made after 3pm on a business day are considered to have been made on the following business day.

A third party may withdraw the purchase, provided that they are authorized in writing with their name and ID number to the email address ventas@bonoboss.cl , which will contact the store to indicate authorization, or by presenting a simple power of attorney at the time of withdrawal, indicating the details of the owner of the purchase and the number of the purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In addition to the legal guarantee right and the right of withdrawal indicated in our Terms and Conditions , Bonoboss offers a special benefit to its customers consisting of the possibility of exchanging a product, without stating a reason.

The exchange benefit may be exercised as long as the products do not present faults or deficiencies to which the Legal Guarantee applies, and as long as the product is new and unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

To exercise this benefit, the customer must present the product, along with the receipt or purchase invoice, at a Bonoboss point of sale (Galería Drugstore in Providencia). In the case of products purchased on promotion, all of them must be returned, without prejudice to the exchange being made only for one of them.

The associated shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Merchandise received after 30 days will be subject to evaluation by the Bonoboss.cl team.
