You must enter bonoboss.returnscenter.com with your order number and email address to manage your changes or returns.
When purchasing from Bonoboss.cl you have 180 days to exchange a product.
If you wish to make a return, you have up to 30 days from the time you receive your order.
If you want to make a change, you can go to our physical store directly or send the product to us.
Shipping costs for exchanges, guarantees and/or returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

The warranty does not cover water damage. We once had a customer go to the beach and a wave hit his face and broke his glasses.
The warranty does not cover damage from elephants, unicorns, or elves, nor does the warranty cover dogs or cats with a lot of energy.
It happens to us a lot that our pets eat our glasses, we had a client who had a dog that was teething and ended up scratching his wooden glasses with his paw 😅 we repaired them at a super low cost so they would look like new and they found a new toy to scratch their gums ❣️

All the lenses we use, including optical ones, have a UV400 filter. From there on up... it's the least we all ask for, right?
